About us
The clinic admits patients who have booked on the website. The appointment time is when the patient should arrive at the clinic; admission, preparation and examination times vary with the clinic's workload. You must show your appointment receipt on your mobile phone when you arrive; a printed copy is not needed.
Before you book
Book only for your own child; each mobile number can hold one appointment. If you have several children, use a different mobile number for each appointment.
If the patient does not match their identity document, they will not be admitted.
An appointment is void if you are more than 60 minutes late, so book a time you can make.
A separate fee is charged for every appointment booked, even if you do not attend.
Up to 24 hours before the appointment, you can cancel and receive account credit, minus a percentage of the service fee as a penalty.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, no account credit is returned; you can only book a new appointment.
Tax paid on the booking is not refundable in any way.
The specialist's visit fee is paid at the clinic, according to the official tariff.
The appointment time is when the patient should arrive at the clinic; admission, preparation and examination times vary with the clinic's workload.
If accidents or natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fire, a death, war, an epidemic or anything else beyond the clinic's control close the clinic, appointments are void and the full amount paid is credited to your account without penalty, to be used when the clinic is able to resume.
Book only if you agree to all of the terms above. Booking an appointment means you accept these terms, and no objection can be made afterwards.
You only sign up once: enter your mobile number and a verification code is sent by SMS. Your account is tied to that mobile number and cannot be changed, so use a number that is your own. Never share the verification code with anyone, and always book in person yourself.
Each mobile number can hold an active appointment for one patient only. If you have several children, use a different mobile number for each child.
After signing in, enter the patient's details exactly as they appear on their identity document; a patient who does not match their document will not be admitted.
Choose a date and time, and confirm when you are sure to go to the payment page. Once payment succeeds, the appointment appears under “My appointments” and a confirmation SMS is sent to you. You must have the appointment receipt on your phone when you arrive.
If you forget your appointment date, sign in with the number you booked with; “My appointments” lists all of your appointments.
If you decide not to come, cancel the appointment under “My appointments” so that you can book again. A cancellation cannot be undone, and the refund is credited to your account under the booking terms.
If a day shows no free appointments, the clinic is fully booked. The clinic cannot do anything about it and will not admit walk-ins either; you can only wait for cancelled appointments to become free.
Even the clinic's staff cannot book appointments on the website, so that every appointment is booked by patients themselves on the day and time they choose. Please do not call or visit the clinic to book; the clinic only admits as many patients as it has capacity for.
